"Finger monkeys" are pygmy marmosets, and should never be kept as pets. It's an exceedingly cruel thing to do to an animal whose basic needs include being with others of their own kind and being in an appropriate physical environment (which you house will never, ever be, unless your backyard is a South American rainforest?).
