Sure. Most likely a case of leucism. The term "albino" is so engrained in the language that muddles the condition.

Is it possible for a Great Tailed Grackle to have white markings and feathers? I saw a bird outside a store that looks like a female grackle but with a dingy white mask and middle white tail feather.
