Yes. They shake to get a better pounce at what they are wanting to kill.

They work their back legs under them for a more powerful start like a sprinter does. Often they have one come from one direction and it tries to scare the prey into the waiting members that are getting ready for the pounce and doing the bum shaking thing that cats do when they are getting ready to sprint or pounce.

They shake it just like a domesticated cat would do. It looks so funny when our next door cat does it, lol.
