Clam down gray is not dead for good. Yes, he did get shot a bunch of times in his vital points but trust me he is going to come back from the dead. My guess is the Ultear is going to use the arc of time on him and bring him back from the dead. She said during the tenrou arc that she can't use her magic on humans but I bet there will be some plot twist and she will give up her life to save gray. For the past few chapters she wanted to kill rogue and now she feels bad about and all of the other stuff she did so by saving gray she will redeem her self. Also if you read the chapter you can just tell gray is not permanently dead. It all happened really fast and it did not linger for a second. If a main character was going to die it would be really dramatic. And come on this is Fairy Tail we are talking about even when someone does not die it is really dramatic and there is always a lot of crying. So don't worry gray will come back to life for sure. Weather Ultear does it or it has something to do with the eclipse thingy GRAY IS NOT DEAD!

Well ok..Basically no,,Well everyone saw that coming. The major spoilers start here. Ultear basically uses a Forbidden Magic Spell (I think it was called Last Ages). Basically what it does is reverse the time back for the whole planet at the expense of the user's time, so basically Ultear sacrificed her "time" to reverse the time back and undo everything. But ultimately for the whole world, even a person's whole time is but a minute. so the time was reversed back by only a minute. But the people saw their futures one minute from then in something like a dream, so they knew exactly where and when they would be caught off guard, mainly Gray, and were able to counter-attack and ultimately.....no-one dies.
