That's a difficult question to answer because the bird is so young. It could be anything from a blue jay to one of the other commonly seen birds. I would just contact local animal service that rescues injured or abandoned pets or animals and leave it to them to decide what's best for the bird.

The neighbors across the street just cut down their huge Oak Tree in the middle of nesting season, and a habitated nest fell in the street. Here's a picture of the baby in its nest:

I do not plan on caring for it myself, but I would like to give the rehabilitator all the info I can so things go as well as possible.
