How can I keep crows out of the bird bath?

Crows sre birds that are underappreciated. While they do not sing like song birds, they are very intelligent. It has been determined that they can even count in small whole numbers, pehaps up to about 10 or even 20. This intelligence exibited by crows can be used to solve your problem. Crow although scavwengers are very clean birds and will wash their food in water before eating it. This is an inate trait of crows. The washing of the food in the birdbath is only and occurance of crow natural behavior. The way to solve this problem is not to fight against the natural behavior of the crows but to utilize these traits and intelligence to solve your problem:

This is what you need to do: Set up a separate birdbath for the crow. Let the crows know that this is their birdbath by putting a sign up next to the additional bird bathe with a picture of a crow.

Hi . Put a dome like wire mesh over it big enough for small birds to get through the holes

There has been a group of crows that has started using my bird bath that I have set up in my front yard. They come here every day and scare off all of my song birds! So I was wondering if there was anything I could do to keep them from coming. I've never had a problem with them before until now.

I wouldn't mind them coming so much if they wouldn't scare off my other birds, and they also make such a mess in my bird bath! They're always dropping pieces of flesh or some sort of bones in there.. It's really gross.

I didn't set up the bird bath for them, I set it up for the morning doves and any other bird that wanted to come. But every time a bird gets into the water, a crow swoops down and scares them off. Some people might like crows, but I sure don't! They're really annoying and loud.

Please reply, thanks!
