Who on earth sold you an unweaned baby??? In some states it is illegal to sell an unweaned bird. If you don't know how to properly feed you will kill that baby . I suggest you take that baby back and get some instructions ,if it isn't already too late. I know you wanted instructions and advice but this is hardly the place for it.

I bought a sun conure but im nervious that i might feed it wrong. If i put 1 tablespoon of formula, how much do i add of water?

I know the mix should seem like gravy or pudding. How much should the baby bird eat? He has a few feathers and needs 2 weeks until completely feathered.
