If the frogs inside the glass bowl, what you do is ever so slightly lift the side of the bowl. Don't lift it too much or the frog will escape. Just lift it enough to slip a piece of cardboard underneath. That way the frog is on a piece of cardboard with a glass bowl around it. Place one hand on the bottom of the cardboard and one on the glass bowl so the frog cant escape. Go outside and find a suitable place for the frog that is a moderate distance from your house. Perhaps a pond or something. Place the cardboard with the glass bowl on top of it on the fround. Quickly slip the cardboard away, so that the frog is still on the ground with the bowl around it. Then quickly lift the bowl and back away. Watch as the frog hops away into the wild.

P.S: Make sure to get rid of the cardboard and properly wash the bowl since the frog is most likely dirty.
