I will give my cockatiels and conures diced mangos and puréed banana as an occasional treat and the love it.My conures and cockatiels love cooked beens,cooked potatoes,carrots and dark leafy greens.

U can feed a cockatiel almost anything they can swallow. Dont feed them caffeine or gocomoli. Dried fruits are very good for them. Do not feed to much foods with sugar or fat because they can be just like humans.
