Try this. Let the room go dark with Sundown and light with Sunup so the birds can sleep all the dark hours as they would in the wild. NO lights on, NO disturbances and NO exceptions. The length of the darkness will automatically match their needed sleep time for that part of the year.

It could be possible that your birds are wanting to sleep, or they are frightened by something surrounding them.
My birds keep trying to fly in there cage at the middle of the night I don't know if it's nightmare or what plz help
