Is it okay that there is a hole in a robbins egg?

Nope.

Once the shell is damage, bacteria sets in and it's all over for that egg. That's if it doesn't die outright from damaged blood vessels or being shaken.

There is 0% chance of that egg hatching. But then again, it was unlikely to begin with that the bird would live to adulthood even if it did hatch.

There was a Robbins nest in my tree and my son saw it and took it out and there was a indent he took his nail and peeled it back now there's a pin hole and it looks like blood but the mother is still coming and everything's normal WILL IT HATCH
