The bird is female and if the cere on the birds beak has changed to a rough darker brown,it is coming into breeding condition,this is not a problem.

First of all your bird is a female and second of all what do you think is wrong with it? It looks fine to me. Also you can tell the gender by the color of the cere (the pink oval with its nostrils) if the cere is light colored like pink or tan its a female, if its dark like usually dark blue its a male unfortunately this only works for budgies (your bird) hope this helps!!!
