Lovebird never tired, doesnt like cage?

Nope. My birds are the same way! Just keep doing what you're doing- maybe make a few new toys for him and let him try new fruits and veggies. Give him a puzzling foraging activity or maybe a pinata. Some owners give their birds half of a pomegranate or part of a pumpkin and just let them go at it.

I have a male lovebird hes 9-10 months old.

He seems a little hyperactive.....he doesnt stay doing one thing he just wants constan stimulation. I know birds need constant attention but my bird needs a constant NEW type of attention he constantly wants to do the next thing.

when hes in the cage he might chew some fruit/veggies i just hanged and then go on trying to get out of the cage...biting the cage bars, wedging his beak between the bars and moving up and down, he grabs a seed and goes to a diffrent corner and repeat. Forages for seeds on the floor that he may have dropped repeat.

I tried tiring him out, when i took him out of the cage i played with him set him a play area let him fly, make him come back to me and fly again i went in different rooms, and let my family play with him.

I myself was a little tired but when i put him back in the cage he wouldnt want to go in i kinda have to force him in and then he does his routine trying to escape the cage.

Does he ever tire?!?! I change his cage arrangement usually every 2 weeks if that helps.....any ideas on how to satisfy him??
