My budgie keeps twitching his head to his left?!?

Maybe he got water in his ear. You know how that feels when it happens to you. They should take baths on their own, not be forced into it. If he's tame and catchable, do that and hold him upside down and at different angles to hopefully get the water out of his ear.

Haha it's just playing and make sure that there's nothing distracting it or it's brain will overload comment if any questions

This morning I gave a shower to two of my budgies. One of then is fine with it, but the other is now acting strange. He keeps of twitching his head to his left and makes wear chirps every time he moves his head like that. He's been doing this for a couple of hours. In Toronto,Canada there is only two avian vet locations and one of them one of them only does nail and beak trimming. The other is unavailable at this time. Besides, my family isn't earning much and it is hard to afford the costs. My bird keeps on loosing balance and can't stand up straight. He's just at a corner just twitching. I feel bad looking at him in this pain. He chirped so much that he tired of chirping. I try to feed him something, but he won't eat or drink. The shower was in lukewarm temperature so it should have been fine. Please can someone give me some tips!!
