My green one's cere is blue near the nostril and purple/pink around it.

My blue one's cere is mostly white with the littlest amount of blue near it's beak.

Boys have blue or purple ceres. Girls are usually tan.

Unfortunately no one can give you an accurate answer for this online. If you can't take them to a vet then you will have to go by their gender characteristics.
