What is an animal that's endangered because of sickness/disease?

Certain bats are endangered because of a nose fungus. Certain types of honeybees are in danger of going extinct because of a bacterial (or viral) infection that kills off entire hives. One animal that is not yet on the list but is very close is the Pallas cat, whose natural habitat is high altitudes in Asia. Recently, scientists have discovered a type of FIV in these cats that is distinctive to this species. Because they don't have very aggressive immune systems, the discovery of this virus is a concern to the whole species.

Tasmanian Devils

There are frog species in Panama and Central America that are going extinct, already 30% of them, because of a fungus called chyrdis. There's no cure or treatment. All experts can do is to relocate species.

The majority of amphibians around the world. The Tasmanian devil would be another example.
