This is a Rabidosa wolf spider. They are burrowing spiders and do not infest homes. Usually, only the males are found indoors when they go wandering looking for spider love and enter our homes accidentally. They tend to run away when they see people, and their eyesight is very good, so it is actually not easy to get close to them sometimes. If picked up they may bite, and while painful, it is not a dangerous bite and usually results only in some swelling a a few days of itching.
