How old is your parakeet? Like all perfectly normal female budgies, their cere turns from blue or purple to white and then brown. So basically those spots simply mean that your parakeet is ''aging with a style'' :) So, you don't have to worry or anything-it happens to all parakeets. Good Luck with your parakeet!!!
The brown is just two spots in every side and in the middle but it has white !! What does this means?
