greys are the smartest talking birds (crows smartest overall). they are more talkative but i feel that amazons are more likely to bond with a single person quicker. Both talk but they greys have a lot larger vocabulary and are indeed quite big. Greys do have some set backs, one being their intelligence and so you need to keep them entertained. you cant get these birds and just keep them in cages (please dont do that to any bird) but need at least a few hours of interaction a day
