Yes. Orca migration routes take them the entire length of the Straight of Georgia (between Vancouver Island and the mainland). There are two groups of pods... residents which spend most of the year at certain points and transient pods which run the entire length of the island on their way south. Campbell River has both sets of whales passing through the area. As long as you are going through July to September... there will be killer whales in the area.

However, while likely, there is no certainties that you'll see them on any specific tour. They move around the local islands and inlets.
