Are there any dead record from tarantula bite?

There has never been a recorded death from a bite of a tarantula. There has never been a severe allergic reaction like some can get from a bee sting (called Anaphylaxis) from a tarantula bite either.

New world tarantula bites tend to be on the "non allergic bee sting" level of intensity. New worlders have nasty bristles called urticating hairs they can kick off to defend themselves. Old world tarantulas don't have these, and instead tend to be faster and have more painful venom. Bites from Poecilotheria genus of Indian tarantulas have been reported to cause intense burning pain, irregular heart beat, and paralyzing cramps that can take days to recover from.

There is a rumor that an adult male died from the bite of a "Chinese bird spider" in China. This is unverified, and the spider in question is likely a species of Haplopelma tarantula.

That isn't to say it isn't possible, though. There is a recorded death caused by a tropical centipede that isn't known to have "deadly venom", when a child was bitten on the neck, went into shock and died. This is theoretically possible with several species of old world tarantulas.

no, the bite is not fatal, though I believe it does hurt.
