Is it true when you put too budgies together they won't want anything to do with you?

They will be more interested in each other than in you, but they may still be perfectly tame and easy to handle. These birds are very social creatures, and if you don't have a lot of time to spend every day with your bird, I think it is kinder to give it a companion. But if you want it to be very affectionate toward you, your best bet is a single bird.

not really. i have a budgie, and just got another budgie (but i didnt keep him) and she was SO happy to see another bird! she was hanging upside down in her cage and chirping and completely ignoring me :) but if you still spend lots of time with both birds, they will not completely ignore you.

No, they will still rely on you to feed them and clean out their cage when it gets dirty.
