Your cockateils are growing up, sadly sometimes they might not sit on their first clutch of eggs. There is nothing for you to do, birds have eggs all the time, in the woods with out humans and vets.

Most tiels lay 4 - 5 eggs per clutch, if the don't sit on the eggs you can toss them in like 30 - 33 days, if you remove them earlier she might lay more. Laying is rough on your females , make your you have a cuttle bone and a mineral block for her.
