An avian vet has access to special curing resins - they use a light wand to instantly cure the resin hard. Unless you have access to this kind of light source and materials - like a dentist would also have - there is no way to do a temporary fix.

Is there a way to fix this problem until I can get to a vet.

Take it to the vet to get the beak clipped and repaired.

We rescued a Cocktail from a family that did not know how to take care of him. When we got him a few months ago. He had a split bottom beak. We have been triming the bottom beak it keeps growing past its top beak. The bottom beak is not repairing its self on the split on the bottom. Please, we need help on how to fix h8s bottom beak. Thank you very much
