It is cruel to clip birds wings. They need to have daily safe free flight everyday if keep in a cage to keep them in healthy physical and mental condition.

It may cause serious damage and can also break the bird's wings if not done properly. So, take it to any one who has experience and clip it. But it is better not to clip as it may cause discomfort to the bird if kept for long periods of time.
