Love birds and cocatiels would be better because they have a more simmilar diet, almost the same. Finches eat a different type of seeds than parrots so feeding them together could be a problem. But if you could get them to eat at different spots because of their diet, a cocatiel-budgie-finch aviary would be more lively and more interesting.

love bird cockateil aviary or cockateil,budgi ,finch aviary .what about food habbit of the birds .do they have same seeds as food or different .though i might add only one pair of cockateil .so other birds would be more than one pair ,
