Doubt that you do anymore for it then you've already done except for take it to the vet if you really want to make sure it's okay
I found yesterday an injured pigeon in my balcony.
It seems that it didnt see the window in my balcony door. I gave him food and water but 2 days now it cant move its legs at all. They re just laying on the side.
