Just be attractive and know how to swim. There are no qualifications to be a animal trainer. Sea World hires young people all of the time. There is a great attrition in that field as the conditions are usually poor that the animals are kept in and the reality is far less attractive. I suggest you watch Black Fish that will answer many of your concerns.
