Cockatiel is grumpy? With photo?

I would advise buying another cockatiel and a larger cage. She is probably bored and lonely.

Also make sure she gets enough sleep. They need about 10-12 hours of darkness. You can cover the cage to do this.

Just by looking at the cage it way to small for a cocktail.

My 5 year old cockatiel has seemed grumpy lately, she hardly comes out her cage unless she's being cleaned out, she seems disagreeable and squeaks at things she wouldn't normally .

She picks at her feathers ( her feathers under wings look like they are sore, they are stumpy and haven't come through properly and I think this irritates her, they are crusty on the ends near her skin)

She's not keen on bath time anymore ( she's stopping spreading her wings)

I know that bathing her May help soften her feathers.

She's eating, drinking and pooping ok

She gets attention, she has toys, ladders etc

She's really fussy with fruit and veg, she seems more concerned about getting her beak wet/grubby.

She is on seeds with fruit and veg if she eats it, she has cuttlefish and a mineral stone, sandpaper lined floor ( heard mixed opinions on sandpaper)

Could she be bored? Her cage is 55.5x58x36.5cm Ish is this big enough? She seems healthy, her feathers in general look good.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance
