if you dont want your other 3 budgies to become untame, i recommend you put him in another cage separately, and if he is bonded, keep him with his bird.
if you think he is not tameable at all, he may have been born in an aviary. aviary birds are usually not tame and always avoid human contact.
Okay I have 4 budgie but 1 of them is not tameable. He's the oldest in the cage but all the young ones will go on my finger but every time I try and go near this one he flys away and try's to avoid all human contact. He's albino. And some time will hit its head in wall and some time fly non stop.
