No, cockroaches are pretty harmless to humans.
If there are a lot of them, some people are allergic, and get asthma.
They can carry some diseases, but the roach would have to contaminate the food or your hands do do that.
Wash your hands before eating or preparing food: it is always a good idea.

Not to any significant extent (not that I know of anyway). Their internal components aren't exactly healthy, but they aren't that dangerous. I wouldn't want to eat them, for instance, but stepping on them won't kill you.
They are only dangerous if they have walked on your food or you eat them, because they can spread diseases like Hepatitis.
If you have a shoe on. Its just crunchy and messy afterwards.
