I would not keep the cockatiels with the budgies, but by quarantine I think you meant because of the fact that their cages will be close to each other.
Your best best for a quarantine time is around 2 weeks. If all's clear after that, you can keep them in the same room :)
two sets of birds should have a third cage for quarantine birds for a few weeks is the best,,also do not buy birds in stores best to buy from breeders who can take care of them until they can be sold. stores dont hire experience people to keep them healthy...good luck
The birds are all healthy birds. 2 budgies and 2 cockatiels each in their own cages.
