Well, all of them are venomous, so are ants and bees.

There are no brown recluse spiders in NY, but there are black widows. You won't likely encounter one unless you hunt for them, even still, nothing to be afraid of. Just leave them alone, and they leave you alone.

Any other spider will be quite harmless, and nothing to worry about.

Perhaps if you read about common spiders and get to know them, they won't seem freaky at all.

Any spider you will find indoors is really more your friend than enemy, just get used to them.

So i recently have been really freaked out over spiders. So i was wondering what venomous spiders are in New York? I live on Long Island, will i see a Brown Recluse, Black Widow, or any other poisonous ones??
