Hi guys I need to advice asap. Im currently living with my mom and I'm concern.
She has a small kitchen and by her dinning table she has a bird cage with a couple birds, right next to her kitchen sink becomes the laundry corner in which she has 8 bird cages with all kinds of birds.
not to long ago she got really sick with food poisoning which in prior to that my two younger brothers were also sick vomiting. I brought up to her attention that it's unsanitary to have so many birds in the kitchen area because their food flies everywhere along with feathers and I have a feeling that's what got her sick.she gets a little upset that I tell her she should consider getting rid of some of the birds and perhaps keep just one cage. I mean if you walk in from the kitchen door it smells like a pet store. Also we all just got diagnosed with scabies and im wondering if there's a connection with the birds. She also has two dogs that scratch constantly and are allowed in the kitchen which I also tell them its not clean. I should be out of here soon this month but still im concern for her and my brothers, my dad feels the same way but he prefers to not have any fights with her. HELP. if you have any advice as to handle this matter, should I just mind my own business? Any info on scabies?
